What determines the final notarization fee?

Fees depend on the type of document, number of pages, whether translation or additional certification is required, and the complexity of the legal review. We confirm the exact amount before starting any paperwork so there are no surprises.

Do you charge extra for same-day service?

Most notarizations at our Aswan office are completed during your visit at no additional charge. Complex contracts requiring legal review may take longer, and we will inform you of any timeline or cost adjustments in advance.

Are government stamp fees included in your pricing?

Our quoted prices cover our professional service fee. Official government stamp duties or third-party registration costs, where applicable, are itemized separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Once a document has been notarized or authenticated, the service is considered completed and cannot be reversed. If you have not yet proceeded with notarization, any prepaid consultation fees can be discussed with our office directly.

Do prices differ for individuals versus businesses?

Business contract authentication and multi-party agreements typically involve more documentation and review time than personal notary requests, which is reflected in our Standard and Comprehensive packages. We provide a specific quote after reviewing your paperwork.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments at our Aswan office, and can discuss alternative arrangements for businesses with recurring documentation needs. Payment is due upon completion of the notarization or authentication service.
